3. TECHNICAL NEEDS
3.1 LIGHTING
Sasha’s presentation is fairly flexible in terms of lighting and can be adjusted to suit nearly any space
BUYER PROVIDED
A spotlight, center position to the space.
If your venue does not have a spotlight, one should be rented.
We ask that the technician working the spotlight during the presentation be available for afternoon rehearsal.
Lighting requests
A top/back light concept (intelligent wash fixtures preferred)
A side lighting concept - 2 shins per side (intelligent fixtures preferred- RGB Pars or Lustrs)
Special on the podium
We have a QLab file for Sasha’s performance where the lighting cues fire to the music. We will just need to build those looks during the afternoon. Ideally the QLab file runs from venue computers as they will already be hooked into your system, but can be run off of a House of Velour computer if necessary.
3.2 SOUND
Sound needs are minimal. The performance requires L/R playback, a mic at the podium, and handheld mics for SV and moderator. There is no overlap between the playback and live mics. A pre/post even playlist can be run from a House of Velour iPad with the proper House-provided connection.
4. SCENIC
BUYER PROVIDED
Two Chairs
Fans
Two (2) fans, one on each side of the stage for onstage heat management. Large metal floor fan preferred. Box fans are not strong enough.
HOUSE OF VELOUR PROVIDED
Table to go between chairs
