Nightgowns is a world-renowned theatrical drag showcase dedicated to celebrating exceptional drag performers of all backgrounds. Known as the "drag artist's drag show," Nightgowns is an inclusive creative platform that provides drag queens, drag kings, AFAB, trans and gender nonconforming drag performers a stage to create the show of their dreams, giving audiences a fresh, personal, and truly queer night of theater.

Nightgowns was born as a monthly showcase in Brooklyn but it has since toured theaters around the world, selling out houses in London, Los Angeles and a recent stint at Manhattan’s Terminal 5. The core cast is comprised of Velour, Untitled Queen, Vander Von Odd, Neon Calypso, Miss Malice, and Sasha Colby. Notable past guests include: Lypsinka, Justin Vivian Bond, Amanda Lepore, Latrice Royale, Aja, Shea Couleé, Bob the Drag Queen, Hungry, Cheddar Gorgeous, Vigor Mortis, and Creme Fatale.

Although the show is currently in hiatus, it will make its return in late June 2019, for a political and artistic celebration of pride that Velour promises will be "the most over-the-top Nightgowns yet."
